During the 'activity' weeks when people are writing their yearbook entries, the front page of the yearbook website is constantly updated to show who's logged in most recently, who's written biographies so far, and to give information as to deadlines etc.

When the deadline has been reached, a copy of the database (which includes individuals' details, biographies and photographs) is made and used to create a printable version of the yearbook. Extras such as feature pages and collages are added to this printable version. A digital copy of this printable version is proof-read and edited before being sent to the printers.
