We would like all of our customers to know that it is business as usual for AllYearbooks, and our support team will be here for you. Our online system makes it super easy to access your yearbook anywhere - so if you are working from home or in self isolation, yearbooking will be a breeze.

If you need a hand logging into your book or resetting your password, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help!

You’re bound to have lots of questions about your yearbook plans - so we’ve put together a list of some queries we’ve been receiving over the past few weeks. We’ll be sure to add to this as we hear more.

What are your office hours and how can I contact you?

The AllYearbooks team will be available as usual Monday - Friday from 8:15am - 4:15pm.

Can I change my delivery address?

Of course! As long as your book hasn’t been dispatched this will not be a problem. Let us know any time before your delivery date and we will do our best to update this.

Can I change my delivery date?

We will be as flexible as we can with your delivery dates. If you would like to move your delivery date forward, this is okay too, just contact us and we can work on a new date for you!

If you need to change your delivery date once your book has gone to print, get in touch with the team here and we will see what we can do for you.

Can I change my contact email address?

Of course you can! Please just let us know the new email address you want to be your primary contact email and we will update our systems. This will not change your login details.

Our school finance office is closed, how can I make payment?

First of all, don’t panic! We recommend speaking to your school’s finance office as soon as possible to find out what their plan is in the event of a closure so you can get organised.

We require 80% of your overall payment before sending your book to print, but we will be looking at things on a case-by-case basis, so just keep us updated with what is happening.

If you haven’t started collecting payments yet - we recommend using our Individual payments method. This is where you can set up an online store front and collect payments from each person individually - saving you from the hard work and hassle! A member of the team will be happy to help you get this set up. (We will need to receive 100% payment upfront when you use individual payments.)

I want to pay by cheque, what shall I do?

At this time we are unable to accept cheques. We are currently all working from home with limited access into the office. We recommend paying online via one of our other payment methods. You can access all these details in the ‘Invoices and Payments’ section of your book builder.

Will this affect printing my yearbooks in any way?

We have plans in place with our production team to ensure the printing and delivery of your books runs smoothly. We will keep you up to date with any developments should we need to.

Can I have a refund?

Our £100 deposit payment will remain non-refundable. However, we will be as flexible as possible with this - if for some reason your project cannot go ahead we are happy to move this over to your 2021 book.

Can I still request a sample pack?

We would love for you to still have a copy of our sample pack, so please do request these. However, we appreciate your patience as it may take us longer to get these out to you.

How can I create my yearbook without working face-to-face with students?

Easily! Our system makes it so simple to collaborate on your yearbook, no matter how far away you are! Editors will have full access to the whole book, and they can then invite members to join and fill in their profile information.

Take a look at our top tips for getting members set up here! We’ll be happy to walk you through the set-up process, too - simply get in touch and we can arrange a call.

Is there an easy way to collect money from students if the schools are closed?

Yes! Setting up individual payments allows you to open your own shop - simply set the price, share a link and students can pay directly online for their yearbook. You can set this up in the 'Invoices and Payments' section in your yearbook.

Is there a way for me to chat to the other editors?

Top tips for editors and staff-proofreaders:

  • Use our online editor chatroom to communicate with each other (editors and staff proofreaders)
  • Set up an editor Whatsapp group for your yearbook committee to use
  • Got any questions - speak to us!
