Using blank spaces effectively in your profile pages!

9 October 2017

When you start designing your profile pages you may soon find that you have an odd amount of profiles that will not fit on the page neatly.

Rather than leave a single profile on it’s own page, we’ve got some great ideas to help you use the space on the page effectively.

Here’s our AYB profile page – as you can see poor Jeni is left all on her own on the right hand page! We don’t like lonely profiles so let’s do something about this!1

Deleting and shifting profile spaces

Let’s shift all of the profiles along by a couple of spaces so Jeni has some friends!

The most important thing to remember is that deleting a profile space on the page doesn’t mean you are deleting a person’s profile! Their information will automatically shift along to the next profile slot.

I want to add a title where Becky’s profile currently is – so I’ll need to delete that profile space.

Voila! Now just do the same to any other profile spots you want to be deleted.

I’ve decided to add a title and group picture to fill the remaining space on the page – but it is entirely up to you!
